What you're buying
CV Builder sells digital content delivered immediately: a CV or a bundle (CV + cover letter) generated from the information you provide, plus a unique application code used on jobselection.ro. Payment is one-time, no subscription.
Full refund
You can request a full refund if you contact us before downloading the CV/bundle or before using the application code, as well as in case of a duplicate charge or a technical error on our side that prevented delivery of the product you purchased.
After download or using the code
Once you've downloaded the content or used the application code on an application, delivery of the digital content is considered to have started, and the withdrawal right may be lost under applicable law — see also the digital content section in the Terms and conditions. We still review every request individually, including genuine quality issues or technical errors.
How to request a refund
Email us at office@bridge95.com with the email address used for the purchase and, if available, the order code from your confirmation email. We reply within 5 business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the payment method used at purchase, through our payment processor, typically within 5-10 business days of approval, depending on your bank or card provider.
