Controller and contact
CV Builder is a Bridge95 service. For personal-data requests, use the official contact form at bridge95.com/demo. The operator's complete legal identity and registration details must be confirmed by the service administrator before large-scale public promotion.
Data we process
We process information entered in the CV and cover letter, uploaded photos, account details, consent records, orders, and minimal technical security data. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and are not stored by CV Builder.
Artificial intelligence
AI features are optional and start only after consent. Relevant CV text is sent to OpenAI for import or suggestions. OpenAI may retain safety logs for a limited period under its policies. Current AI flows do not send your photo to OpenAI.
Purposes and legal bases
We use data to provide the editor, deliver purchased exports, secure the service, provide support, and meet accounting duties. AI features rely on consent. Payments and digital-product delivery are necessary to perform the contract.
Service providers
We use infrastructure providers, PostgreSQL, Stripe for payments, OpenAI for optional AI features, Resend for transactional email when configured, and Plausible for usage measurement. Providers receive only the data required for their service.
Retention
Account data and CVs remain until account deletion or a documented inactivity policy applies. Payment records may be retained as required by tax law. Verification and reset tokens expire automatically; abuse-prevention data is pseudonymised.
Your rights
You can download your data from the Account page and request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection. You can withdraw AI consent for future processing through the contact channel. You may complain to the competent data-protection authority.
Recruitment
Your CV is not automatically transferred to the Job Selection ATS or employers. Any such association requires a separate visible flow and the candidate's explicit confirmation.
